强烈推荐使用这本书进行听力训练，水平适中，我都可以听懂，所以你肯定也没有问题。

我的使用方法是先纯听一次，基本可以听个大概，因为这本书是小说，所以肯定有些词比较生，没关系，听不懂的就跳过，中间不要停顿。纯听一次之后，打开PDF电子书，启动金山词霸的屏幕取词，再听一次。一边听，一边指向不懂的词，这一遍基本可以把第一遍没听清楚的句子听出来，不会的生词在脑海里快速过。还是不要停，强迫自己快速思考。因为这仅是小说而已。第三遍（事先声明，我比较懒一点，其实是还有很多其他事情做，所以我没有听第三遍，不过我觉得如果有时间的话，听第三遍会好一点），脱离PDF，再听一次，途中还是不要停。

好了，三遍就够了，对于三遍后还没搞懂意思的地方（应该很少），只要不妨碍你继续理解小说的话，掠过！毕竟这是小说，没必要像学习课文那样每个地方都细抠。何况每句话都细细研究，啥时候能看完整本书啊。Take it easy，现在不懂的，随着你水平的提高，以后在某个时候就会懂了。而且每句都抠的话，估计没看完第一本就会放弃！

量的话，每天一章到两章就好了，太多的话比较累。还是那句，这些东西是靠积累的，一时兴起，猛听的后果往往是不能坚持把所有书听完。
